Finally, practical tips are provided in order to help individuals make a few easy changes.

The Smarter Lunchrooms Movement uses easy no-cost and low-cost changes to encourage students to select, eat, and enjoy healthier foods in school without eliminating their choice while maintaining or improving revenue and increasing participation.
